For the Second year in a row Bella took home a semi finalist position in the the First National Real Estate Leadership Award acknowledging young people who set an example through their leadership and drive, paving the way for others to follow.

The First National Real Estate Leadership Award acknowledges young people who set an example through their leadership and drive, paving the way for others to follow. Tenacity, dedication, passion, selflessness and confidence are the key qualities of those amazing young people who are the “leaders” and driving force in our communities. These young people are at the forefront of achievement and community contribution in their work or field of endeavour. 

The NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation – Innovation Award recognises young people that demonstrate creative, inspirational and innovative thinking and have made a significant contribution to an entrepreneurial culture.

The award celebrates young people who demonstrate innovation and entrepreneurial thinking; in the workplace; through development of services and products with leading edge technological content; renewable and alternative energies; economic participation and the creative industries.

IBM was awarded the most popular large Technology employer for 2018 and I was chosen to be interviewed for a two page employee case study. The article reviewed what it is like to work in IBM iX as a female millennial working technology for a big corporate like IBM.
